Terms and conditions:

1. Any cancellation must be sent in writing via email to: betelavivtours@gmail.com or what'sapp +972-52-6548779
2. In case of cancellation 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour, your money will be refunded in full within 30 days (Please note section 5.).
3. If cancellation is requested 24-72 hours prior to the scheduled tour, a 50% cancellation fee will apply and the remainder will be refunded fully in up to 30 days.
4. No show or in case of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour, 100% cancellation fee will apply and no payment will be refunded.
5. Cancellation of any payment with credit card or other form of online registration will incur a 10% fee from total amount paid, andor other cancellation/wire fees.
6. A surcharge applies to payment via international CC (5%), or any other form of payment / transfer fees will be added.
7. "Be Tel-Aviv Tours" / “Be part of the heart” / “TLVEG TOURS” will not accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage. Participants are responsible for their own conduct and for all their personal belongings, which should never be left unattended.
8. A minimum of 2 participants applies to all our open tours. You may reschedule or receive your payment fully in case of such occurrence (1 participant only).
9. Special needs: Baby chair/ carriages / wheel chairs – Advanced notification required.
